Cell 3300, Strip 3290 (it has never been this in agreement ever, this is a puzzle since I bought 10 bags of salt and added 0 ... builder must have added it)

CYA < 20 (likely 0 since I did a refill ... but I have a bag going in today)

There is still sand/dirt in the pool (vacuuming today, after I build a waste valve rig for my filter) .... but the water is crystal clear.

Yes he did. If you get a SWCG, he adds it.

He added it last year but after the drain and refill this year I didn't expect him to add the salt too.
