    New Pool Build in Oklahoma

    31'x14' custom rectangular pool
    6'x5' built in hottub
    4' to 7' depth
Front of pool 12" raised bond beam
Rear of pool 24" bond beam wall
Quartz finish (have not chosen color)
    Oklahoma flagstone coping
americoat cool decking (have not chosen color)

    2hp 2spd Jandy Stealth pump
    CV Cartridge Series Filter 580sqft
2 Water Color Led lights in pool 1 in hottub
    250btu LXI Heater
    iaqualink
    QuikPure3 Ozone Oxidation
    Rainbow 320
Quick Clean built in floor cleaning system

We chose to go with Pristine Pools after several quotes. They were a little more expensive (about $48K) but their workmanship was noticably higher quality than the others.

That will be a great looking pool. I like that layout.

One suggestion, it does not appear to me that Fido is helping out much....I would take him off the payroll.

It's going to look good. I like the terracing of the decking.

It was really hard to come up with a design for our yard. It is already very small (as alot of newly constructed homes are nowadays) and then with a 10' easement on the back and a sloped yard it was a challenge. I am really happy with the concept our PB came up with. He was also very patient with all of our outlandish ideas which we usually ended up not liking when conceptualized. We always ended up going with PB's suggestions which seemed to be more useful and better designed.

Question for the experts here. As a newbie, I am not sure what I am looking for. Do these pics all look like they are doing things correctly?

I'm not a commercial pool builder but it looks good. The only comment is some people will complain about the blocking under the rebar. They don't appear to be the correct type of block.

I can assume gunite will be very soon.
