5 problems and clueless!

Day 3 of slam. Today CYA is down to 45 from 60. Any info on why that would've happened?

We are now shocking at 20 vs 24. Loosing about 4ppm every 3 hours or so. Very sunny today also.

Any feedback? Are we on the right track?
 
Slam Finished! Passed ONCL with loss of only 1ppm of FC this am 5am - FC 19.

Do we need to raise the ph now or should we wait to see the final result of ph when the FC drops to within normal range?
 
Today was our first day in the pool. Completely different swimming experience. Even when we used to think the water was clean, how it looks now cannot even compare. Its sparkling beautiful crystal clear! There always used to be this film on the top no matter what we did we couldn't get rid of it, now its gone. Its so nice! Would like to thank everyone for helping us through the process. Very grateful of this website. Thank you so much TFP!! You literally saved our pool :D
