Thread: pump

  1. Back To Top    #1

OK we have been doing some modifications to my pool to do away with the pump that came with it. What pump would be recommended to use on my summer escape round metal pool 18ftx48 in. I'm going to hook up a saltwater pump to it as well

    Re: pump

We will need to know what filter you plan to use, and some plumbing details in addition to the pump. It is not always clear to intex/summer escape users, but the pump and the filter are typically consider separate, though they can be bought in a package, such as the intex 14 inch sand filter (1600 gph)...which by the way, might be a good choice for you.

The SLAM process is not finished until: 1. CC < 0.5 ppm, 2. An OCLT < 1.0 ppm and, 3. The water is crystal clear.
