    rib fest on my new Q

    4.5 hours at 260 degrees.....tasteeeeee
    9 full slabs!

    32000 gallon, inground, fiberglass, Aqua-Rite SWG, Pentair 420 sqft cartridge filter (Installed-ya baby), Hayward Super II pump 1.5 hp, 144k BTU heat pump, Dolphin Dx5 Plus, and a good test kit from Duraleigh!

    What brand of Kamado grill is that? Looks nice.

    That is a Komodo Kamado.....
    sweet too.
    I am just learning but it seems near impossible to cook anything wrong.
