Holes in my cement decking

Hoping someone can answer this...

I noticed today that there are some holes in my cement decking around my pool. I installed a SWG last summer.

Holes look like a very small worm dug into the ciment. Does the salt in the water make holes in cement?

Sounds like air entrained in the concrete has opened leaving holes. It's common in your area to use air entrained concrete because it doesn't freeze and crack like solid concrete does.
