    bubbles in fiberglass pool

I have a fiberglass in ground pool that has developed raised bubbles in the liner or fiberglass on the bottom and the sides. Does anyone know what would be causing this? The pools age is approximately 15 years old.

    Re: bubbles in fiberglass pool

Water got in between the layers of the F/G and is causing the resin to decay.

The fix is to empty the pool, grind it out, fill the void, and refinish. The repair will show slightly.

Hopefully, the source is not behind the pool.
