16x48 ultra frame

I have a 16x48 ultra frame, I have a 3/4 HP Hayward pump and a DE filter. I was wondering what the pressure should be on the gauge. I getting 8 psi. Is that ok, or should it be higher? thanks

We really can't tell you what your pressure will be. It depends on your particular setup. However 8 psi is in the range of normal. Not knowing the size of the filter or how it's hooked to the pool, that's all I can say.
