Anyone else notice that the bleach at HEB is almost non-existent? The 2 near us (Spring/The Woodlands) have empty shelves. Or mostly empty.
I have used their pool shock for four years and it is always fresh. I ran and got another batch today and they told me that they will be raising the price in the next few weeks.Went to Atwoods today. if there is one in the area you need to go. The bleach has a manufacture date of March 4, 2019. $1.99 per gallon.
Went today and bought my 3 packs (x5). date code of 19088. Saved $5 for them all. Comes out to 2.99/gal for %10, not bad.Aside from the concern about the bleach being "old" my local Home Depot has a three pack at 10% that's a pretty good deal.
128 oz. 3-pack for $9.98. If you buy four or more it's $8.98.

In Springfield, MA and Enfield, CT, Ocean State Job Lot, $2.99/gallon for 12.5% ($11.96 + state tax for 4 1-gal. jugs), same as last year. Best deal around for those who can't handle 5-10 gallon carboys.
San Antonio finally stocked their shelves with the new stuff. I voiced my complaint with the store manager (educated him) . I asked for him to elevate this as they will lose a lot of revenue from pool owners across the state. They lowered the % strength but are still charging the SAME amount! Foul!It was just a matter of time for HEB in Houston to drop their concentration to 6% from 8.5%. Price is the same $2.67 for 121 oz.
