    Which fountain?

Which fountain do you think would be better for aeration? I am leaning towards the Polaris WaterStars ... ntains.htm

Any of them would do OK, I would think. The ones that spray out a bit would probably aerate better. I've got a grecian fountain myself, but that spinning rainbow one has caught my eye.

Be forewarned - aerating using a fountain will cause your water temp to drop.

The Polaris Waterstars shown on your referenced website is a WF model (it attaches at the return fitting, and stays there). It does not extend to the middle of the pool, but it does just fine, depending on wind conditions. The other floating model shown works very well, and does not stay at the wall.

    I bought this fountain:
It works great and has really cooled the water in the pool 4 degrees in this hot Georgia heat. I also like the way the water is constantly being aerated.

I just bought the Polaris WaterStars Fountain and Love well as the kids! I like that it can be adjusted and 2 different spray patterns!

I only got it to add a little extra excitement to the pool!
