2in hiflo multivalve leaking - pentair DNS de filter

Hey - My multivalve is leaking from where the handle is and from the seam where it goes together. Im wondering if that means it needs replaced or do I clean it and replace a seal or gasket or something. How difficult is it to replace / fix? I have replaced sections of the PVC & changed all the seals/gaskets in my pump.

Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Multiports have what is often called a "spider" gasket or "wagonwheel".

Remove the stainless steel screws at the top and replace that gasket.....it is readily apparent. Hopefully that fixes the issue.

Many say to turn the multiport handle in one direction only.....all the time. So if you start out moving it clockwise, never move it counterclockwise.
