intelliph and cold water?

The PH is rising and the system is red because water is cold. I can manually inject with override when it asks. Does it automatically continue to add? Cold water is no reason to not add acid. I got this to automate, if I have to monitor this manually all winter, that is no good. I was planning on just throwing in a floater for CL and let the IntelliPH handle the acid.

The whole system is designed to just move water when the COLD WATER CUTOFF engages. It's a safety feature. Freeze damage is always a possibility so the system is doing what it is supposed to.

The good news is this - at 49F, nothing is happening to your water that is of any major concern.
