inground spa

Hi all, my inground spa no longer heats when I turn it on. I was reading that clogged filters can cause this problem. Would an inground spa have it's own filter separate from the pool filter? If so, do you know where I would find this spa filter? I'm not familiar with my pool / spa plumbing so...

Hi, Whenever I turn on the heater for my inground spa, I notice the water gets cloudy. The water clears as soon as the heat stops running. Also, I notice white floating things in the water too (pic attached). Could this be something in the pipes? If so, is there something I do to treat it...
