Would like to get opinion on bypassing (jumping) relay before getting $600 board since K2 or K3 relays are the suspect. Has anyone tried jumping and taking out the relays from circuit ? Any EEs advice ?

Tried pressing - and + buttons in diagnostic menu, hear the click in the board but salt level is always 0000. Tried the side arrow button to save the instant salinity but that is also always 0000.

Since last three days salt level is reading 0. Y Tried to resolder all 3 relays, however no luck on getting correct salt level. Any other things can be tried other than replacing board

25.6 V 6.47A 83F 3100 stayed that for about 3 hours now. yes tried Neighbour’s cell made no difference. any down side if continued like this.

I see K2 and K3 relay burnt which is new, as you see in the picture. Should just resoldering might help getting the issue resolved or replace the K2 and K3 relay is required.

I am not sure what else to do since i was already brushing hard with steel brush and stopped SLAMing after no sign of algae. I guess i will try one more SLAM in December where cooler temp will help kill the algae. Thanks for the comment.

Thank you for the quick response. I will keep in mind about more frequent brushing instead of less frequent hard brushing. I would say 90% of algae is gone and will buy small brush to reach deep corners and brush it. will post pics soon.
