I have an older security system by fortress security that is no longer in use. I’m looking online for 433mhz pir outdoor sensors. It would work, but I need to find a few sensors and pair them. I should be able to arm/disarm the system when needed. And it throws a super loud alarm.

I had to empty out the top layer of sand the past few years due to excessive dog hair. I think it’s at a point where it may be effecting my filters efficiency. Does anyone have a chart of spacing for a Hayward Pro sand filter? I’ve found a good chart on the Pentair filters, but not for Hayward.

It got down to 15ppm. Just added 3 gallons of chlorine to bring it back up.

FC is around 35....yikes.

FC was around 4 before adding liquid chlorine. I didnt add/remove any water. Let it be since all my levels seem good...just cloudy water. I dumped 8 gallons(10%) in to get a FC level above 28. Letting the pump run and going to do a FC test again.

TA was 70, rechecked PH after adding the acid last night, its at 7.4. Water is still cloudy and the Taylor kit says there is combined chlorine. Guessing because it was so nasty from the start of the season and all the dead algae. Might add flocculant.
