No reply from Jandy to my email yet, but one of the pins on one of the ribbon cables appeared to be bent. Straightened and reinserted and seems to be okay now.

Last spring I purchased a Replacement Power Pack as my original one was difficult to read due to sun exposure. After installing yesterday, the display turned to either another language or junk characters. Will be reaching out to Jandy, but posting in case anyone else has had similar issue...

Good morning and thanks to all who provide guidance and assistance on this site! I just received an estimate from my builder to replace the Jandy LED light (this will be my third one in 7 years). I am in the Charlotte, NC area and the estimate is $1700. I think that’s ridiculously steep, but...

The contract states ”Contractor warrants that all materials shall be new, its work will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year” and “plumbing will be free from leaks for one year.”

I hope so, but most of the paperwork that I’m seeing from the builder is listing three years for the Zodiac products.

Hi James, Thanks for the reply. No, I don’t have access to the inside of the wall, and will have to give the pool company who built it a call.

Thank you Jim, The back side of the wall has water running down, but nowhere near as much as the front. It appears to be starting near the top and it’s a bit difficult to see in the pics.
