I think Maytronics are awesome robots. I spent $1150 on an M5 Supreme FOURTEEN years ago, it has never let me down. Suction cleaners have their share of problems and cost more on the electric bill than a robot. My M5 just got a little sluggish and I am looking at the E70. We'll see what happens...

Ok Just tested again : FC dropped to 20, CC was a drop under 1 but higher than 0.5 meaning one drop off the 0871 made it almost clear . Second dropped make it perfectly clear.. I added another 2 gallons to bring up the FC level to SLAM again

Thanks. So according to the SLAM chart it would be 24. I think the bleach +SWG took it over the top , which only got rid of 1CC. I have to add some a couple of inches of water now and will retest afterwards

No, I only used 6% bleach to shock, SWG has good boost (shock) option.

I'm going to check the numbers , SLAM again this evening and check again in the morning. Just trimming to figure out how CC stayed at 2.5 the whole time. Yes if course I'm using the TF-100 test kit....

Sounds like it could be Ammonia. Sometimes the CYA over the winter turns into Ammonia. Get an Ammonia test kit from a pet store. I had this problem a few times over the years. It takes 10 ppm of chlorine to knock out 1 ppm of Ammonia. You just have to keep adding bleach.

Interesting.... I thought for sure it would be the water temp. Try this , on the remote go into the cleaning acrtion and put it on "increased wall cleaning " does that help it climb ???

What's your water temp ?? Here in Jersey when I opened in June and threw the cleaner in , it struggled on the walls. Now in the summer it climbs all the way to the waterline. Could be your dealer's pools are warmer than yours ??

The aquabot climbed the wall each time it encountered one. I don't believe the Dolphin is programmed that way , I believe it climbs every third time. But it does climb all the way up. My pic just shows that it sucks so much water that it can remain holding onto the wall even without the rollers...

I double and tripled checked the CH it's at 100 , the water sample is a little more to the purple side rather than red before adding the R0012 but def changes to blue at the 10 drop mark.
