If you have a main drain be wary of any cleaner without the third middle brush. Drain hangups are a show stopper. Cord swivel is nice as well. These features cost more but are worth the money imho.

Higher end Dolphin models used to include a cord swivel, centre brush and programmability (maybe they still do.) My M4 has all three. I wouldn't give up the swivel or the centre brush as these are very important features. Cord tangling is annoying and persistent drain hangups can completely...

The water is both murky and green, symptoms of a rampant algae bloom. Either incompetence or an equipment malfunction. I'm guessing the latter but we'll never know for sure. It's anyone's guess what putrid cocktail of chemicals they've dumped into it overnight to try to clear it up. Ghastly.

The cord swivel on the older M4 and M5 Dolphins is an outstanding feature which effectively prevents cord tangling. I assume they have eliminated it on the newer models to cut costs. Sounds like that may not have been such a hot idea as cord tangling is a major pita.
