Same here. Hayward is not good at getting documentation out in a timely manner. Heck my heater was out 1.5yrs and they finally have updated their docs for this specific version.

Dumb question: for the Hayward acid feeder it has a 15gallon container. Obviously know you add acid to water and not water to acid. So what the best way to fill (refill)? pre mix in a bucket and the just fill from the mixture?

How do you access the webapp? I didn’t think WaterGuru had that.

What is considered high TA in fill water? Asking as I’m debating between CO2 & Acid feeder.

Any thoughts on what the menu “H6D” would indicate? I think that’s in the service menu which isn’t called out in their owners doc.

Not sure on the waterfall model but the pump itself has a catch basket on the pump so that seems to catch a lot of the stuff. I wasn't sure if the drain's being switched made a difference b/c of it being in a more shallow area of the pool versus the deepend but sounds like (and like I thought)...

well I accomplished plaster yesterday and it’s been filling all night. Took a picture of the water meter but I also have portable water meters on both hoses filling up. Looks like it’ll be filled at some point tomorrow. Now to get the PB back out there to power up equipment and finish that waterfall

Anyone have any thoughts on running my betta bot during my initial pool fill of a plaster pool? I feel like it shouldn’t hurt b/c it’s not running on the bottom of the plaster but curious of anyone else’s thoughts.

Already on that! I actually have a water meter hooked up to my spigots outside. ALso keeping track of the water put in b/c I get a free fill a year from the water company!

Been doing some reading here as I’m going through a build and I’ve noticed I don’t have an expansion joint that runs parallel to the pool (so none between pool edge and decking),it’s continuous. Seems like that’s not right? Am I missing something

Nope city water is fine. Neighbors filled both pools with no issues.

Orange stuff is from ground water. Since it’s not plastered the hydrostatic valves are open at the main drains.
