Marty, This did it. I had my adapter on my IOT VLAN, I had switched it over to the main LAN to see if I could get access but was still blocked. I then rebooted the adapter so it would release the VLAN IP and grab the main LAN IP and I was able to access locally and remove the password...

ajw22 - Can they reset my password or am I looking at a full factory reset of the entire system? I take it Pentair customer service isn't available on the weekends?

After setting the password in the Screenlogic setup on my PC I also lost access from my mobile devices, so I’m confident that the password is stored somewhere with Pentair.

Marty, Unfortunately I got into this whole mess using the ScreenLogic Connect program from my PC. That is what I am now locked out of. App doesn't work either, but that because I can't duplicate the password.

Unfortunately the password option at the panel is only to setup a 4 digit numeric code. So no luck.

Let me check to see if I can access it from the panel.

The stone under the spillover appears to be the same material as the adjacent stone. However, we purchased this home with the pool and thus have no knowledge of what materials were used.

The stone itself. The stone just outside of the spill over has lost its veneer, and is breaking down. The “stone” seems to be a week pea gravel concrete mix that is crumbling into the pool now that the veneer is gone.

Bump. Any more thought? I want to repair this condition and prevent reoccurrence.

Noticed that the “faux” stone veneer, or at least what I assume is veneer, is breaking down on either side of the waterfall feature from our spa to the pool. Any idea what would cause this, and how to prevent it in the future?

It appears the leak was caused by the seal plate o-ring. Replaced the o-ring, primed and ran the system for a few minutes. Shut down the filter and and everything seemed to hold.
