    Black Algae or Not?

    My pool was completed in October and I have noticed these spots on the bottom for a couple of months. Is this black algae? It's hard to tell with the pebble finish and the water temperature is 62 so I have not gotten in to inspect closer. I have brushed multiple times with no luck. Before...

    Water level in Spa?

    Where should the water level in relation to the tile be in a spa with a spillway into a pool? I have always thought the water level should be in the middle of the tile but our was built to have about 75% of the tile showing.

    Pool Build - North Texas
