Nothing's broken, everything works, salt level is 3200. But it made me wonder, what would happen if my salt level was twice that? Would the salt deteriorate the pool? The plumbing? Would the chlorine generator still make chlorine? Would algae, etc even grow in that?

Any suggestions on vacuums that won't totally break the bank? Like I said, I don't have a debris "problem" and the pool is not all that big. In others' experience, how much vacuum is necessary to do a good job?
