Opened my pool 2 weeks ago. It was crystal clear vacuumed the 1 million spiders and very little debris from the bottom. My first test results were:

I got home today and the kids were in the pool. Did my test when I get home as always. After 3 days of not adding bleach as the FC was dropping very slowly. My test results showed FC .5 and CC 2.5. Went to pool calc and for my pool 13,500 gallons it said to add 90 oz of 8.25% bleach to raise it...
I haven't had to add any bleach to my pool now for 2 days is this normal?

Been noticing rainy overcast days my CC tends to rise above the normal 0 or .5 level. I guess the point of post today is this.
Is the rising CC a reason to SLAM or is failing the OCLT a better sign of needing to SLAM?

Should I be very concerned about being above my target FC? My current target is 4 and I have been at 5. I must admit I am using the remaining pucks I have from last year in a floater. :uhh:

Just wondering is it normal for the CL test in the K1000 part of the TFT 100 to be off a bit?
Ex. Just did a full test and got 1-2 CL with the K1000 but got FC 4.5 and CC .5 with the drops.:confused:
