    Refill a spa every 2 a 3 weeks

    Hello, Is it normal to fill up (refill) a spa, every 2 weeks i most refill him. On the wall from the spa i see the water level dropped about 2 cm (every 2 a 3 weeks) I use the spa 2 a3 times a week, i have do a inspection on the motor compartiment and it is dry. Spa is 1 yaer old (Caldera)

    Siska, i,m using tubeclean. And we have a 3 person spa, the results from the cleaning are not so great. Sometimes jou see movies on youtube from Ahh some and that results are great but also veryy dirty spa,s. Siska, Jou can,t buy Ahh some in the Netherlands it is forbidden.

    Yes indeed PH is to high i have put in PH minus till TA is down to 50. and The PH till 7.4. Free chloor is 1.3 sorry and i,m using bleach Thanks.

    See picture. If i put the vinger on the hose by red arrow (and closed it) then the problem is solved. Upper red arrow is the one direction valve this one is OK i have check it.
