Help...jandy valve leaking under top knob?

I noticed today that my main return jandy valve is leaking right below the top knob (red circle where arrow is pointing), but only when turned one way...when it's turned to pool off (as pictured) and the water is diverted only to my spa (where the handle is pointing). When I divert the flow back to splitting it again between spa and pool, the leaking stops again. Does anyone know what's wrong with the valve? Do you guys think it's one of the o-rings inside the valve? Funny that it's leaking from under the knob and not the sides where the screws are.

There are two O rings that seal the valve stem.

Replace the O rings in the valve.

That's the 2 smaller ones correct?

Yes

Will I need to remove the 8 screws or can I access it from knob piece on the top?

Remove the 8 screws and the lid.

Also, do I lubricate those 2 o-rings?

Does not hurt to put a bit of Pool Lube - Further Reading
Would you happen to know the part number or size o-ring I would need?

Note that you have Pentair valves, not Jandy as your subject line says. Use Pentair parts.

Part #8 but you should replace part #6 also.

Thanks brother! Is that diagram pic and part list for my Pentair valve? Just want to make sure that I replace all 3 o-rings with the right part numbers. I'm looking for one of item 6 (part # 51016200Z) and two of item 8 (part # 192039Z)...correct?

Pacfab and Compool are Pentair brands.
