Well pentair sent me an LS (less sh*tty) according to my pool tech. No scrubber, no lights, a little bigger, back up valve, in line screen..... basically a Polaris. We will see how it does.

The Pentair Racer is a piece of junk. I'm on my third one in a year and a half and now this one is stuck in reverse. I can't find a fix on the web so I guess I'll have call the tech and get the same old story again.

Ok so the PB fixed the pipes but stopped short of saying it was sloppy. Did say that's how they do all of them and only had one failure in recent memory. Pipes were put under pressure and left over night for leak test. I liooked at the gauge this morning and it appears good to go. Inspection...

OK so they got the field line repaired and re-routed. Finished the dig with no other issues. Dropped in some rock and are busy little beavers. No toilet back-up yet ad all looks well..... Maybe this was the set back on day 1 and everything else is trouble free....right? Right?
