I just wasn't sure if it was normal to discharge so forcefully it creates almost like waves in my pool. If that sounds like it working properly, then ok. I just didn't want to destroy anything

I am currently slamming my pool with liquid bleach. I started with store bought shock and moved to bleach. The water is blue but super cloudy with white flakes floating around. I can only see about 2 feet down then nothing. Anything else I can use? Currently just pouring bleach in and running...

I checked all my connections and used the plastic wrap around my lid like you said. Still getting air. Even after the water starts to spurt out the bleeder I can hear air continually spurting out with it. Any other ideas?
