I am just curious (I'm geeky that way always wanting to understand something) WHY is it recommended that your CYA is higher for a SWG pool than one maintained with bleach? My SWG manual says to maintain at 30, whereas TFP recommends 80? I brought mine up to 60, but just scared to go higher...

Thanks so much. We got into the pool for the first time tonight, and afterwards I tested everything again and salt was at 3000ppm, exactly where it should be! Thanks to you I didn't go out and put more salt in!
