Re-tested tonight, new readings are as follows: FC - 17.5 CC - 1 pH - 7.5 TA - 100 CH - 1,000 CYA - 70 Poolmath seems to suggest to do nothing other than to replace 74% of my water to fix the CH issue. Thoughts?

I've never added anything, the only chemicals added have been from builder. Just picked up some liquid chlorine and murriatic acid. The liquid chlorine is kemtek 128 oz 10% sodium hypochlorite.

Recently installed a pool with an elevated spa and a slide. Based on current configuration I am unable to operate the slide and spa simultaneously. Is there a fix for this?
