No lights, no ladders, but will definitely scrub everything else mentioned. Is there any additional cleaner Simple Green etc that is recommended to use to scrub all of that or just a brush and the already chlorinated pool water?

FC loss was 2 ppm overnight. Sand was deep cleaned last summer.
