Intex ultraframe 22' x 52" sides of liner bowing out at bottom

My liner looks pretty close to that in relation to the legs. Also the legs dont look to be pushed out too bad. I wouldnt worry about it too much as long as you can get all the legs back on the blocks and the pool is level all the way around.

    Power cord is HOT

Sounds like your pump is starting to die. The only reason the cord would heat up is because of an excessive current draw from the motor. In other words something in the pump is trying to use more power than the cord is capable of providing. That is also why your breaker keeps tripping. I...

Just a few days ago it was cleared and then this...

Just as the others have said. Drop the pool store junk and stick with just the regular bleach or liquid chlorine. Make sure to grab a good test kit also. It will be your first major tool to keeping a clean and clear pool. Sidetrack. Why do the pool stores keep pushing to add calcium to vinyl...

New Pool + Cabana + Putting Green - Lucas, TX

This is most likely the issue. People like your PB pray to have a good year to make some money and pay his people a good wage. But sometimes prayers are answered too good. You try to get all the work you can to help cover the slow times but then sometimes there is just too much and you cant...

As pool fills, am I playing with fire???????

Same here I have a couple pavers higher than the floor but they sit under a bit more so the leg it towards the outside of the block so rubbing is a bit less.

    Chattanooga, Tennessee Rectangle

After reading everything else they have screwed up I wouldnt want them digging with anything more than a plastic beach shovel. That is a mess and if I were you I would be fighting for a very very ample discount to the final bill.

Heat loss of solar cover vs pool cover.

Last summer I saw the temp retention increase just from using the cheap intex cover at night. Now I have a solar cover and the temp retention is better. Pretty much as long as its covered you will see some sort of temp increase.

    When to run the pump?

What is the best time to run the pump? Is it best during the day to keep the chlorine circulated and help with heat absorption from the sun or at night to help keep the warmer water mixed with the cooler water against the walls? Right now I have our pump set to run for 8 hours starting about...

Intex small 10-foot pool, green water!

Then it looks like you got a bit of iron in the water. As long as the chemical levels are in check let the kids go for a dip. Wont hurt them one bit.

New build in DFW. Tall deck, need help

Re: Not Happy with our REALLY tall concrete deck. Thoughts? Along the fence is going to be a tough one. you could put some benches along the back to stop kids from falling in there. As for the end I dont think there is really too much the builder could have done. That is quite a slope they...

Intex small 10-foot pool, green water!

Is it a clear green or a cloudy green? Sounds to me with the short time it was filled that you have metals in your water.

    So much Bleach!

Havent seen too many ammonia battle threads here so I cant say for sure but I think the only ways to deal with it is to "bleach it to death" or drain and refill. With your pool sitting at a little over 28K gallons drain and refill is out unless you can get clean fill water for free somewhere.

    My Coleman 22' saga

Wow 4 bad pools in a row. If I had that kind of luck I would build a bubble and never leave it.

Hanging a rectangular Intex Ultra Frame Pool directly from the pool deck

Hey now! Some of us in the snow belt can handle the cold temps!
