you can run your filter with the water an inch over the skimmer and STILL be ok :-D may have some leaves floating in the pool.... :shock: No worries, Be Happies :goodjob:

I agree, a maindrain is not needed al long as you have other ways of good circulation....

It will work, but i always like 2 returns per skimmer, plus step jets when there are walk in steps

Ranger is right on. Id just drain any standing water from heatexchanger when heater is not in use. Most of my customers dont want to even attempt draining the heater so like you said.. i have them open the bypass every couple days or so to flush new water into exchanger.

I really like the nature 2 for spa applications. With my customers i have them add 1TBSP of granular di-chlor once a week, and 1TBSP of MPS after each time they use the spa.. or atleast once per week like the dichlor. Im pretty sure The frog brand also makes a dual floater for spas. Its half...
