There are 2 valves --but the one on the return is in the wrong place --it should have been after the SWG and before the return fitting... I will fix at the end of season and add a valve there .. So if I have trouble with the turbo cell --I can turn off the there an not worry about the water...

Check local AC supply houses--these are fairly common .. You can also ways use a higher voltage cap if needed -- the uf needs to stay the same..
