No reply from Jandy to my email yet, but one of the pins on one of the ribbon cables appeared to be bent. Straightened and reinserted and seems to be okay now.

Last spring I purchased a Replacement Power Pack as my original one was difficult to read due to sun exposure. After installing yesterday, the display turned to either another language or junk characters. Will be reaching out to Jandy, but posting in case anyone else has had similar issue...

Maybe a month ago is when I can verify it wasn’t cracked. In NC and we did have some temps in the 30’s a few nights, but nothing major. Thank you.
