Sometimes mine is on, sometimes off. Doesn't really matter to me. Although I do enjoy when it is on because the force of the water swirling pushes me around the pool in my tube. :-D

This is a problem we are having too. The pool store said they would fix it, just bring the motor to them. I supposed the bearings would be replaced. However it LOOKS very difficult to get the motor off. My son would attempt this......is it very difficult?

We don't even own an auto vac. My son goes in with his flippers, mask and snorkel and does the cleaning manually....he LOVES it.... :lol:

What an excellent response! :goodjob: Well I have an AG and safety was not a consideration. The only thing that kept me from getting an IG pool is the fact that I have a tiny backyard. :(

:shock: Brrrrrrrr! Oh I did go in yesterday. We have two thermometers and they never agree! One said 80, the other said about 77. I think it was probably around 79. It was very pleasant! Our last day in the pool last fall was mid-October, so I figure I have six good months with the pool here in FL.

Started out around 70 a few weeks ago, now it's been inching up, slowly but surely. I think yesterday it got to around 77. If it goes just a degree or so more today, I'll go in! :-D

Beautiful!!!!!!!!! :goodjob: I'd never sell short an above ground pool. We have one because of lack of space in our backyard.....just got it last year....and oh boy do we ever LOVE it!!!!!! Heck yeh!!!!! Those are some lucky kids, they sure look like they're having so much fun!! :wave:

I'm still here! Don't check the board too often, but at least every couple of weeks. We've had a pretty cold winter for Tampa Bay, so far. I have long johns on tonight, brrrrrrrr! I am just counting the days until it's pool time again. We put our pool in last year the end of June and the time...
