I have a bad liner installation. Contractor has disappeared. Lots of wrinkles on pool floor. How can I fix it?

How deep is the pool? Are the wrinkles all over or in one place? Maybe share a pic and we can help you come up with a plan to get those wrinkles out.

You may need to drain the pool and work on the liner with it empty then
Did they use a shop vac to help suck the liner up to the wall?
Is the signature at the bottom of your post your current pool? I am guessing not as it is listed as being plaster.....can you please fill in the info for your current pool? (Go up to name, click on it to pull down box. Click on Signature). Put in kind -plaster, vinyl. Size in gallons, equipment especially filter kind-sand, DE, cartridge. How you are testing your water.

Gonna have to drain and try to deal with it. Once the liner has been cut in for stairs and returns its alot harder to get it sitting nice. Hows the fit overall?
