Wiring Pentair Variable Speed Pump with Aqualogic controller

I recently replaced my single speed pool pump with a Pentair variable speed pump. I have a Aqualogic controller and Hayward SWG. I am wondering what is the best way to wire the pump. Should I wire the pump to a circuit independent of the Aqualogic controller or can I wire it to the existing circuit connected to the Aqualogic but program the pump to be on all the time supplying uninterrupted power to the pump and it’s controller?

Either way will work. If you want one button control over turning the pool off then wire it through the Aqualogic.
