Thanks! I ended up with a pool builder that uses Pentair equipment so guess I’m not sorry. At least I’m familiar with the brand.

I have a simple, small pool without automation. I do have a heater though and wish I had opted for the automation just so I could start heating the pool while away from home. In the winter, even with a 400k BTU NG heater in SW Florida, it takes several hours to get the 10,500 gallon pool to swimming temp..

You should watch Hayward Omnihub Pool and Spa Controller thread, but currently the VS Omni Hub is part of Hayward's expert line and not available online.
