White Spots, dead algae?

Do they vacuum up easily or do the poof away when you try to vacuum them?

Vacuums up no problem, so we think it's gone. Next morning, they're back.

After you add Cal Hypo is that when it appears?

It did start after we shocked with cal hypo.

I suspect it is the inert components from the Cal Hypo.

Switch to liquid chlorine and it will disappear
