White gel like substance at bottom of pool

Hello all,
After opening up my vacuum and looking at the filter, I have this white gel like substance. There used to be a lot more when I opened the filter, but I shocked the pool about a month ago. It looks like it returned. I compared the photo I took to white mold, and it looks different. I don't have any white flakes in the pool. I have a SWG, the Ph is around 7.4, and FC is around 4-5. Can you please help me identify what this substance is?

Is it more like a paste or more like a gel?

Either way, take some and put it in a old bowl, or plate, and add some MA and see if it bubbles..

If it does, it is most likely calcium.. I get it if I let the CSI get out of the proper window..
