White deposit on liner

Pool is balanced but I have white spots on liner. Not sure what it is or how I remove it. Ph 7.4 AL 100 Hardness 200

Can you get a sample of the white material? If so, see if it fizzes when acid is dropped on it.
How are you obtaining your test results?
I suggest you read ABC's of Pool Water Chemistry.

I don't know about getting a sample as it's on the pool bottom. I am using the DPD kit recommended here for my testing
