Where to post thread about replacing vinyl and determining leaks?

HI TFP Folks
I haven't posted in a while, and cannot find where to post problem solving thread about destroyed vinyl liner and determining if I have a plumbing leak?
I think I posted in the wrong forum- "Equipment - Build, Use, and Repair - Everything Else"

Besides the cool "Under Construction" forum, but I am not just building, I have to problem solve first.

I want to do the right thing here, and need help fixing my pool.
