When to test pH and other levels after Slam for mustard algae

Just finished a mustard algae slam and my FC is coming down and is now at 24. Is it ok to test my other levels,(pH, TA, CYA, CH, salt) at this time or do I need to wait until my FC drops lower and if so to what level? Thank you

No rush. Just let it fall to about 10 and go from there.
