After 10 hours of 400,000 BTUs, pool temp is now 83 degrees....so inaugural swim STARTS NOW!!!!!

57 degrees in Tulsa. Opened and Slammed early due to not putting my winter safety cover on. Water looks great, but nights are still in the mid 40's through mid April, so running my heat pump wouldn't really be practical at this point. I'll just have to look at it every day and wait.

Pool temp is 49 degrees and slowly climbing along with the ambient temps. Typical spring weather here...Just shy of 70 degrees today, frozen rain and snow flurries expected tomorrow.
I'll probably open in about 3 weeks.
Actual swimming? Who knows.....

It was 65 yesterday, but it has rained and the ambient temp is 40 degrees...with a freeze expected tonight. Blah!!! But, like any other good spring season, it will back in the mid 70's by the weekend.

65 degree water temp today...trying to decide which weekend we will heat and swim for the first time...maybe Easter.

60 degrees - Need to get the solar cover out, will heat either the weekend before Easter, or Easter weekend. We need more 80 degree days...
