What to put on top of pool cover

Any ideas of what to use on top of pool cover? Reviews for water bags are not good.

If you are referring to an inground pool then water bags are the solution. What have you read? I've never had any issues I use 4-5 each year to keep one side of my safety cover down to keep leaves blowing under it.

No problem with waterbags here. Going on 3rd year with all my original 15 waterbags. I actually purchased an extra box if any broke, but so far, its been collecting dust. Don't use water boxes - they were a waste.
