I just replaced my A.O. Smith Century Centurion 1.5 HP single-speed pump/impeller assembly. If I interpreted the serial number correctly, it was manufactured in 2006. The motor was starting to make some noise for a few minutes after a cold startup, but it otherwise performed fine.
Before I drag it to the curb and hope that Michigan's worst waste collection company actually takes it, does anyone in SE Mich or N central Ohio (Sandusky area) want a free used pump?
