What is causing these bubbles in my spa?

I recently had my pool/spa replastered and new plumbing installed. i just noticed these bubbles in my spa.

1. What could be causing this?
2. What do I need to do to fix this?

Are the bubbles coming out of that suction port or a return nearby? If they are coming of the return, it could be the SWG. Turn it off and see if goes away.
