I emailed Sean to ask him and this was his response:
I'm working with our server host, hostgator right now. They did not give me any advance notice, only an e-mail saying the site was exceeding alloted server capacities and that the site had already been disabled. I believe this to be in error and that they are probably including data from the upgrade, which is atypical usage. However, IF it is correct, I'll need to move to a dedicated server. Either way, the site WILL be back up, as soon as I can make it happen. I am unable to send out a mass e-mail without site access. If this is going to take a while, I may use the newsletter to send out a single e-mail.
