Pool Builder took some Professional Pictures…

Intellitouch is very old technology. Better is the Intellicenter. With the Easytouch, you will need to add Screenlogic for remote access.
Sorry I wrote the wrong word, I had asked for intellicenter, not intellitouch. Apparently the Pentair rep said they are having some issues with the intellicenter and he recommended the Easytouch. I’m working through that part.

Thank you for helping me clarify 👍

You just nailed it I spoke to the pool builder he made a ton of phone calls the earliest he could get it is June 2022. I’ll settle for Easy Touch with Screen Logic it worked fine on my last pool.
The Intellicenter units are available. Polytec Pools has them. But I doubt your PB will go away from his normal supply chain.

Any thoughts on the equipment/valves set up??? I am wondering how I can run the bubblers and deck jets separately since they are both on the same valve/pump. I think my PB went a little overboard with the pumps, but I’d rather have too much then have them working hard to keep up.

Updated pictures with the water full and spa overflow running on Low. This has exceeded my expectations. I can’t believe how level they got the 360 Spa, it is dead even not one spot isn’t flowing over the side.

They still have to put in Spa jets and one of the bubblers. I’ve been brushing 2 times a day.

I have a skimmer coming tomorrow to get the leaves on the bottom is it OK to use a skimmer at this point???

Don’t mind the grills and such we are cleaning all of the pool construction residue off of everything and getting the area prepared/empty in front of the pool/carriage house for the PB to pressure wash the houses and deck.

Sure you can. If you want only the deck jets then lock off the bubbler and vice-versa.

12,

If the handle is pointed towards the word "bubblers" both will be on.

If the handle is pointed towards the words "Main Drain" the bubblers will be off

If the handle is pointed towards the pipe coming from the pump, then the Deck jets will be off.

Thanks,

Jim R

I'm not an expert either but there is supposed to be 12-18" of straight pipe before the salt cell per the installation instructions.

What is this? Is it the spa air blower?

That is a booster pump, I’m not sure why I need that when I have 2 Huge VSP’s. The Spa blower is in front of the Carriage/Pool house because my equipment pad is below water level.

Kathy is correct about what the manual says about installing the salt cell.. That said, it will work just fine where it is...

To nit-pick, if you have two skimmers, then having only one pipe back to the equipment pad is a mistake.. Not a huge one, but kind of a stupid one.

Thanks,

Jim R.
