527,

My guess is that you have the 240 VAC, that powers the IntelliFlo, wired through the Pump/Filter relay. As soon as the relay shuts off, the power goes away and you then get the communication error..

The IntelliFlo and IntelliCenter should have constant AC power..

Thanks,

Jim R.

Does the pump get continuous power?

It should be powered directly from the breaker.

If it's powered from the load side of the relay, it can lose power and lose communication with the automation.

Power directly from the breaker or the Line side of the relay so that the pump stays powered.

The SWG gets powered from the Load side of the relay.
